- We deliver orders weekdays 08.00 – 17.00. Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the next working day. Displayed delivery days refers to working days i.e. not Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- For deliveries within Sweden we use unit pricing for the freight, it means that you only pay 99 SEK excl. VAT, regardless the purchase volume.
- When buying for 8 000 SEK or more excl. VAT and freight cost, we offer free deliveries.
- Lighter items under 10 kg, are within the Nordic countries are sent by PostNord. Heavier shipments are sent as a package by DHL, TNT or UPS. PostNord’s delivery time within the Nordic countries is 1-2 days depending on weight and shipping address.
- For deliveries to customers outside the countries we have agreements with DHL, UPS and TNT. We always check and use the supplier that can offer the best terms and prices for the actual shipment.
- Some products have longer delivery times than normal, and can be displayed as “2-10 days for delivery.” This applies if a product is located in a warehouse by one of our suppliers. Sometimes it can take even longer time depending of our suppliers’ delivery process, which we cannot control.
- We are responsible for the transportation risk, i.e. the risk that a product is damaged or lost during shipment to the customer. The customer bears the cost and the risk of returning it to us. However we are not responsible or liable if the package is confiscated due to problems with custom clearance. Therefore, please check with your country’s custom policies before placing an order.
- All deliveries from of us include a delivery note. This document contains the reference to the order number of the delivery in question. The delivery note and the product also contain the article reference corresponding to each other.
- In-stock orders are shipped within maximum 2 working days (for items under Repair Equipment category – from 2 to 5 working days) after the payments are entered to our account.
- Virtual products are provided within 24 hours after the payment has been completed.
- We ship from Monday till Friday. Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays and certain enounced holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping company and destination.
- We do not bear responsibility for the delays in delivery by the delivery company. You may find information about the location of your package at the delivery service website.
- All Spares online shop has stock facilities in Hong Kong and Europe. For convenience and cost-efficiency purposes, we ship the goods from the stock which is the nearest to the customer.
